Glencraft is a manufacturer of mattresses, supplying well-rested people across Scotland. Our beds can also be found in
leading hotels, the Royal Family's summer residence at Balmoral Castle and across the oil industry. As we hand-make each
spring and spring-unit on-site, we can produce bespoke sizes quickly and easily. We also assemble standard-sized and
bespoke-sized divan bases. Our showroom offers a range of bedroom furniture. We are a social enterprise for crafts people
with a variety of abilities and disabilities. We have been producing high quality products in our Aberdeen workshops since
1843.
As a registered charity, all our profits are re-invested in the business so that we can provide more career opportunities for
disadvantaged, disabled and visually impaired employees. Glencraft was re-launced in April 2010. The new organisation
combines long-standing employees with leading industry figures to make sure that expertise refined over nearly 170 years,
plays a major role in the future.
