What is the life expectancy of a bed?

The life span of a bed depends on a few factors such as the quality, care, amount of use and changes in lifestyle. If you wake up with aches and pains which wear off throughout the day, you are not sleeping as well as you were a year ago and the bed is looking a little worse for wear it is time to change, it is also recommended to buy both the mattress and base at the same time as they are engineered to work together.

How do I choose the right bed for me?

You first have to decide the firmness of the mattress you prefer, whether an Ottoman, Adjustable or Divan set with our without storage is the right option for you. We have a wide range of choice and all our beds are designed to deliver the correct body support and offer the highest level of comfort the perfect night’s sleep.

I have a narrow staircase, how will my bed be delivered?

All our double and kingsize divans come in 2 halves for ease of movement.

What bed would you recommend for my child?

We recommend 2 models from our range the Carron and the Esk.

What should I do with my old bed?

Make arrangements to dispose of the old bed, if it’s not good enough for you now it not good enough for anyone else, also it’s a health hazard

How can I best take care of my bed?

Vacuum your mattress and base from time to time carefully to remove fluff and dust

Turn mattresses over from side to side and end to end every few months unless stated otherwise.

Don’t make a habit of sitting on the edge of the bed

Don’t bend it, as this will cause permanent damage
